From young beginners to competitive athletes — we have a program tailored to your stage, goals, and commitment.

Kids Karate

Ages 5–14

Fun, structured, and safe karate training designed to build discipline, focus, confidence, and physical coordination in children.

Our kids program is built on the foundation of Okinawan Goju-Ryu tradition adapted for young learners. Through games, drills, kata, and kumite, students develop motor skills, concentration, and respect for themselves and others. Classes are split by age and skill level.

Adults — Men

Ages 15+

Rigorous Goju-Ryu training covering kata, kumite, self-defence, and physical conditioning for adult men of all fitness levels.

Whether you are a complete beginner or a returning martial artist, the men's program offers a complete Goju-Ryu syllabus. Training includes traditional kata, bunkai (application), kumite, and conditioning. Suitable for all fitness levels — start where you are.

Adults — Women

Ages 15+

Empowering karate and self-defence classes tailored for women — build strength, confidence, and real-world awareness.

Our women's program combines authentic Goju-Ryu karate with practical self-defence training. Classes are taught in a supportive environment by experienced female and male instructors. Beginners are welcome — no prior fitness or martial arts background required.

Competitive Training

All ages (with rank)

Advanced tournament preparation program for serious athletes aiming for state, national, and international karate competitions.

The competitive program is for serious students who want to test their skills at kata and kumite competitions. Training includes advanced kata sequences, tournament-style kumite, strength and conditioning, and mental preparation. Students represent NKSF India at state, national, and international levels.
