1. Who we are
This website is operated by the Nihon Siki Karate and Sports Federation India (“NKSF”, “we”, “us”). Our head office is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, and password (hashed with bcrypt) when you register.
- Form submissions — contact, trial enquiry, camp registration, and newsletter data.
- Order and payment data — order amount, status, and Razorpay payment reference. We never store full card details.
- Usage data — basic server logs and analytics.
3. How we use your data
We use your personal data only to:
- Respond to your enquiries and process your orders.
- Provide you with the services you request (membership, camp registration, book download).
- Send important administrative messages (e.g. password resets, order confirmations).
- Send the newsletter only if you have explicitly opted in.
4. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card and bank details are collected and stored on Razorpay's secure infrastructure in compliance with PCI-DSS. We do not see or store your card number, CVV, or full bank credentials. We only receive payment status and Razorpay order/payment identifiers.
5. Cookies
We use a session cookie for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
6. Your rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing info@nksfindia.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Data security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (12 rounds). API routes are validated with Zod. Razorpay webhooks are verified with HMAC SHA-256. Access to the admin area is restricted to users with the ADMIN role.
